Bench Press How To Contract The Chest

Typically a lot of times when people bench press they fail to engage the chest. I try to demonstrate all the steps to help you activate your chest to it's fullest potential. I also explain why it is important to keeping your shoulders pressed against the bench for safety reasons. For anybody that is struggling to develop their chest or who is arm dominant this is probably the reason why so give it a try.
