Should I or Shouldn't I Do Cardio?

This is a tricky topic, just like how people have different views on exercise routines and repetitions they also have different beliefs about cardio. I'm not about to say what is right or wrong on this subject. I'm just going to let you know what I've been doing recently and with my clients. Then talk about how I feel it's been effecting my gym progress and clients progress.
